Our services

Individual Therapy

Meet one-on-one with Andrea or Luke in our downtown Raleigh office, or online, with HIPPA compliant telehealth. Our primary framework is ACT, but we also borrow from other theories like DBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, Systems and Existential. Your treatment plan will be based on your unique needs and goals.

Therapy for Teens & Emerging Adults

Is there a more challenging time in life than being a teenager or young adult? We’re here to listen without judgement. We’ll work with your parents to ensure you have the support that you need, but your time with us is confidential and for YOU. We’ll work together to identify your wellness goals, and chart a course to achieve them.

Group Therapy

We provide confidential, small therapy groups for clients to experience the power of growth through connectedness and community. We offer process groups, support groups, movement groups, and educational groups.

Relationship Therapy

Healthy relationships can offer us a sense of belonging and support. We work with romantic partners, friends, coworkers, and family members using a combination of Gottman Method, Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). All relationship types and stages are welcome.

Therapy for College Students

We understand the unique demands students face in undergraduate, masters, and doctorate programs. There has never been a more challenging time for students in higher education. We can work with your university to see if grants are available to share the costs of counseling. We are within walking distance from Shaw, NC State, and William Peace University.

Coaching

Work with a licensed counselor to achieve a specific set of goals, e.g. effective communication, organization, conflict resolution, or career advancement. Coaching is about setting a goal and working forward. In contrast, therapy often requires a client to go back in time in order to move forward.
